Tobias Kaiser is an experimental GIN fan and distiller behind the gin factory. He has set himself the goal of distilling a special juniper distillate with berry aromas. The gin should contain both regional and southern botanicals. The focus here is on quality, originality, dedication and the joy of experimentation.

Botanicals

In addition to the characteristic BIO juniper and BIO coriander, the recipe also contains

Raspberries

Blackberries

and strawberries

They are placed in an aroma basket and the released alcohol flows around the berry mixture and takes the aromas into the distillate. In the next step, this is colored with a specially developed berry mixture.

Bottle design

The heavy clear glass bottle is definitely an eye-catcher. The usual Lucifer lettering in the center of the gin logo immediately catches the eye. Likewise the red color, which reflects the contents of the bottle.

Serving suggestion

Serve as a classic GIN tonic with various berries. Our tip: serve with pomegranate seeds and a good tonic.
