The devilish elderberry kiss

Tobias Kaiser is an experimental GIN fan and distiller behind the gin factory. He has set himself the goal of distilling a special juniper distillate with regional elderberry. The elderberry grows only a few meters away from the still. The focus here is on quality, originality, dedication and the joy of experimentation.

Botanicals

In addition to the characteristic BIO juniper and BIO coriander, the recipe also contains

BIO elderflower

BIO cardamom

and ORGANIC black TEA

Here, too, the process is in two stages, initially through maceration and later through the tried and tested aroma basket process.

Bottle design

The heavy clear glass bottle is definitely an eye-catcher. The usual Lucifer lettering in the center of the gin logo immediately catches the eye. Likewise the golden yellow color, which reflects the contents of the bottle.

Serving suggestion

Serve as a GIN tonic with a lime. Our tip: a sprig of rosemary and a Mediterranean tonic.
